My child has been showing signs of severe anxiety related to school—difficulty sleeping, panic in the mornings, and even physical symptoms like headaches and stomachaches. We've spoken with the school counselor, but I feel it's time to get professional help from a therapist who specializes in school anxiety or school refusal disorder.
